  • Direct contact met architecten en bouwheren versterkt de relaties en zorgt voor transparante communicatie over de voortgang.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking volgens het lastenboek staat garant voor een hoogwaardig eindresultaat dat aan alle normen voldoet.
  • Operationele aansturing van teams bevordert een vlotte workflow en een veilige werkomgeving voor iedereen.
  • Zorgvuldige administratieve afhandeling van dossiers ondersteunt de volledige projectcyclus op een professionele wijze.

Profiel

Als projectleider is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Bouwtechnische expertise verkregen via een bachelor- of masterdiploma vormt een goed fundament van je kennis.
  • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in de bouwsector zorgt voor de juiste bagage om direct impact te maken.
  • Achtergrond als gedreven werfleider of projectleider die wil doorgroeien naar een functie met meer financiële verantwoordelijkheid wordt zeer positief onthaald.
  • Klantgerichte instelling en commercieel inzicht dragen bij aan een optimale serviceverlening en langdurige partnerships.
  • Vlotte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, idealiter aangevuld met kennis van het Frans, vergemakkelijkt de dagelijkse interacties.
  • Organisatorisch talent en een flexibele ingesteldheid maken het mogelijk om moeiteloos te schakelen tussen diverse werven.
