  • Projecten van A tot Z coördineren, startend bij de initiële contractfase tot en met de definitieve oplevering.
  • Technische plannen en specificaties grondig analyseren om deze samen met het studiebureau te vertalen naar een uiterst efficiënte projectaanpak.
  • Planning, strakke budgetten, kwaliteit en absolute veiligheid bewaken als centraal aanspreekpunt tijdens regelmatige werfvergaderingen.
  • Een naadloze afstemming garanderen tussen engineering, interne productie, transport en de diverse montageploegen.
  • Meer- en minwerken accuraat opvolgen en helder rapporteren over de actuele projectstatus aan het management.

Het ideale professionele profiel

  • Organisatorisch talent met een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma, openstaand voor zowel ervaren experten als uiterst gemotiveerde starters.
  • Proactieve oplossingsdenker met een sterk technisch inzicht in complexe constructies en een resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
  • Communicatieve bruggenbouwer die vlot schakelt tussen uiteenlopende stakeholders en steevast het overzicht bewaart in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Vlotte spreker in het Nederlands of het Frans, beschikbaar om deze uitdaging in loondienst of op zelfstandige basis aan te gaan.
