Jij leidt projecten van A tot Z. En jij doet het graag goed. Wij zijn een schrijnwerkerij met bijna vijftig jaar vakmanschap, geworteld in de Kempen. Opgericht in 1979, vandaag verder onder een nieuwe naam, met nieuwe eigenaren en met hernieuwde ambitie.

We werken voor een breed scala aan klanten: van particulieren die hun woning bouwen of renoveren, tot architecten, aannemers en professionele opdrachtgevers.

Onze projecten variëren van maatwerk binnen- en buitenschrijnwerk tot technische toepassingen in professionele omgevingen. Denk aan houten gevelbekleding voor een strakke of warme uitstraling, ramen en deuren die comfort en esthetiek combineren, dakwerken met focus op isolatie en duurzaamheid, brandwerende oplossingen in veeleisende omgevingen of totaalinterieurs waarin alle schrijnwerkelementen één geheel vormen.

Van een klassieke voordeur tot een volledig uitgewerkt project: de toepassingen verschillen, maar de aanpak blijft dezelfde: doordacht, technisch correct en met oog voor detail.

Ons orderboek is goed gevuld en onze projecten worden steeds groter en complexer. Daarvoor zoeken wij een projectleider die dat aankan, én er energie van krijgt.

Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor de succesvolle uitvoering van jouw projecten, van opstart tot oplevering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant, de schakel met de productie en de coach van je ploeg op de werf. Concreet houdt dat in:

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de werven: planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget
  • Aansturing van plaatsers, onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Proactieve communicatie met klanten en aannemers over voortgang en uitdagingen
  • Coördinatie met de werkvoorbereider en het productieteam voor een naadloze uitvoering
  • Opvolging van de werfadministratie en rapportering via ons ERP-systeem (Robaws)
  • Signaleren en correct documenteren van meer- en minderwerken
  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider, werfleider of uitvoerder in de bouw of schrijnwerkerij
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en voelt je thuis op de werf én aan de vergadertafel
  • Je bent een natuurlijk leider: je team respecteert je, klanten vertrouwen je
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent proactief en verliest het overzicht niet wanneer er meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht zijn
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, ook wanneer het nieuws minder goed is

Kennis van schrijnwerk, deuren of aanverwante technieken is een plus
