Als Projectleider Middenspanning beheer je technische opdrachten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Vanuit de regio Duffel of Zonhoven bewaak je de technische kwaliteit, planning, rendabiliteit en klanttevredenheid en stuur je een team van techniekers aan.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Coordineren en opvolgen van opdrachten van A tot Z, met aandacht voor planning, budget, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van werfvergaderingen en klantafspraken.
  • Voorzien van materialen en middelen in samenwerking met aankoop en ondersteunende diensten.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van techniekers en instaan voor een efficiente personeelsplanning.
  • Waken over veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en welzijnsvoorschriften en technische, organisatorische en operationele uitdagingen oplossen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektrotechniek of Elektromechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in projectleiding binnen een technische omgeving; ervaring in middenspanning of technische dienstverlening is een sterke troef.
  • Je combineert technische expertise en organisatorisch inzicht met leiderschap, klantgerichtheid en resultaatgerichtheid.
