Hoe gebruiken we data nu écht? Een afstemmingsoverleg met de epidemiologen over methodologie, datakwaliteit en data-interpretatie. Effectieve monitoring is het doel. Hierna spreek je de projectleider van Valpreventie. Het meetplan is opgesteld en jullie bespreken de ondersteuning die ze van je nodig heeft bij de monitoring en evaluatievraagstukken. Vervolgens bereid je je voor op de afspraak die je zo hebt met enkele gemeenten. Je neemt hen mee over de inzet en het gebruik van monitoring en bevraagt hen stevig op de informatie die ze nodig hebben om goed onderbouwde keuzes te kunnen maken. Eenmaal thuis duik je nog even in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op gebied van monitoring en maak je al een eerste vertaalslag naar de regionale context. En morgen weer zo'n leuke werkdag! Wat zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden In onze regio werken we met gemeenten, zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties en andere ketenpartners aan de transformatie van zorg naar welzijn. Aan integrale, preventieve netwerkaanpakken zoals valpreventie, Welzijn op Recept en de aanpak van overgewicht en obesitas bij kinderen en volwassenen. Deze aanpakken zijn gericht op het bevorderen van gezondheid en welzijn van inwoners. We vervullen de regionale, coördinerende rol hierin en ondersteunen de gemeenten en partners met kennis, monitoring, advies en het leggen van verbindingen tussen beleid, uitvoering, gezondheid en preventie.
