In het kort: Je gaat zelfstandig versterkingsprojecten in het aardbevingsgebied leiden, risico’s beheersen, voortgang en budget bewaken, stakeholders afstemmen en adviseren over projectmatige vraagstukken binnen de afgesproken kaders. Opdrachtgever Nationaal Coördinator Groningen (NCG) houdt zich bezig met het onderzoeken en versterken van huizen en gebouwen in het aardbevingsgebied in de provincie Groningen. Dit gaat om beoordeling, versterking en sloop/nieuwbouwprojecten. In samenwerking met vijf gemeenten, de provincie Groningen, woningcorporaties, de Rijksoverheid en het IMG voert NCG de versterkingsoperatie uit. Ons doel is om naast de bewoner te staan en ervoor te zorgen dat we goed naar hen luisteren. NCG heeft vestigingen in zowel de stad Groningen als op 8 locaties voor versterking in de provincie. Ook is er een kantoor in Den Haag. Sinds 2020 voert NCG de versterkingsoperatie uit, waardoor het een snelgroeiende, jonge overheidsorganisatie is. Wij zijn voor de versterking op zoek naar gemotiveerde mensen zoals jij. NCG kenmerkt zich door een informele sfeer waar collega’s elkaar makkelijk kunnen vinden. Project Je komt terecht bij Eemsdelta Midden. Deze afdeling houdt zich in de kern bezig met het versterken van woningen en panden in de omgeving van 't Zandt en omliggende dorpen. De afdeling Eemsdelta Midden valt onder Directie versterking Eemsdelta. Opdrachtomschrijving De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig realiseren van een vooraf vastgesteld pakket aan versterkingsprojecten binnen het toegewezen gebied. De opdracht omvat het coördineren van de verschillende projectfasen, het signaleren en beheersen van risico's, het bewaken van voortgang en het verzorgen van afstemming tussen de betrokken partijen. De opdrachtnemer adviseert over projectmatige vraagstukken, brengt knelpunten en beheersmaatregelen in beeld en draagt zorg voor tijdige besluitvorming binnen de projectstructuur. Daarnaast onderhoudt de opdrachtnemer contacten met inte.
