Als Projectleider Nieuwbouw ben jij de spil in het bouwproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige realisatie van nieuwbouwprojecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je stuurt het projectteam aan, bewaakt de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit, en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en interne collega's. Jouw doel? Projecten succesvol opleveren, binnen tijd en budget, en met tevreden klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, calculatoren, werkvoorbereiders en engineers. Je bent betrokken bij de voorbereiding van projecten, waarbij je meedenkt over de beste aanpak en mogelijke risico's in kaart brengt. Tijdens de uitvoering houd je de vinger aan de pols: je bezoekt regelmatig de bouwplaats, voert overleg met de uitvoerder en lost knelpunten op voordat ze problemen worden. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële sturing van het project en rapporteer je over de voortgang aan de directie. Jouw taken in het kort: - Volledige projectleiding over nieuwbouwprojecten in woning-, zorg- en utiliteitsbouw; - Aansturen van het projectteam en coördineren van onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Afstemming met opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Financiële sturing en rapportage; - Risicomanagement en contractbeheer; - Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en engineering van nieuwe projecten.
