Wil jij de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor uitdagende nieuwbouwprojecten die bijdragen aan de leefbaarheid van onze gemeenschappen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Rollen Als projectleider nieuwbouw ben jij de regisseur van ons nieuwbouwproces. Je start met het opstellen van de projectplannen en coördineert alle fasen van de bouw, van ontwerp tot oplevering. Je werkt samen met architecten, aannemers, en interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat onze nieuwe woningen voldoen aan de behoeften van de bewoners en de kwaliteitseisen van onze woningcorporatie. Jij bent de schakel tussen alle betrokken partijen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en samenwerking. Daarnaast houd je de voortgang van de projecten in de gaten, bewaakt de budgetten, en zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd en volgens plan verloopt. Tijdens het proces ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de rapportages en het onderhouden van contacten met belanghebbenden, zoals gemeenten en bewoners. Verwachtingen We zoeken iemand die proactief en resultaatgericht is, met een sterke organisatorische vaardigheid. Je moet in staat zijn om meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen en prioriteiten te stellen, zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Communicatie is key: je moet helder kunnen communiceren met zowel interne als externe partners en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen goed geïnformeerd is. Je hebt een creatieve mindset en denkt in oplossingen, vooral wanneer er zich onverwachte uitdagingen voordoen. Verder verwachten we dat je een teamplayer bent die zijn of haar team inspireert en motiveert om samen de beste resultaten te behalen.
