Als Projectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen op het project. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en interne afdelingen zoals calculatie en engineering. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het succesvol realiseren van elk project. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over de aanpak en verbeteringen door te voeren. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig: denk aan het aansturen van meerdere projecten tegelijk, het begeleiden van junior projectleiders of doorgroei naar een rol als senior projectleider of projectmanager. Het bedrijf investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en coaching. Jouw taken in het kort: - Aansturen en coördineren van nieuwbouwprojecten in woningbouw en utiliteit; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, architecten en onderaannemers; - Voorbereiden en leiden van bouwvergaderingen en werkoverleggen; - Zorgen voor tijdige inkoop van materialen en materieel; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering; - Bewaken van contractuele afspraken en het beheren van meer- en minderwerk.
