Als projectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen en zorg je ervoor dat nieuwbouwprojecten van A tot Z soepel verlopen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, de begroting en de kwaliteit van het project. Je schakelt dagelijks met uitvoerders, onderaannemers, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles volgens plan verloopt. Je houdt de vinger aan de pols en grijpt in waar nodig. Daarnaast coach je je team en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Je bent het gezicht van het project en draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor een succesvolle oplevering. Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een rol als senior projectleider of projectmanager, waarbij je grotere en complexere projecten gaat aansturen. De organisatie investeert in je ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en coaching on the job. Jouw taken: - Aansturen en coördineren van nieuwbouwprojecten in de utiliteitsbouw en woningbouw; - Bewaken van planning, begroting en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, adviseurs en onderaannemers; - Leidinggeven aan uitvoerders en het bouwteam op de bouwplaats; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Signaleren van risico's en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling en rapportages.
