Als Projectleider Nieuwbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol leiden en coördineren van complexe nieuwbouwprojecten van begin tot eind. Je fungeert als de cruciale schakel tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en oplevering, waarbij je zowel de technische, financiële als organisatorische aspecten bewaakt. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde kaders van tijd, budget en kwaliteit worden gerealiseerd, terwijl je het duurzame karakter van elk project waarborgt. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel interne disciplines als externe partijen zoals architecten, constructeurs en onderaannemers. Hierbij zet je je communicatieve vaardigheden in om alle betrokkenen op één lijn te krijgen en te houden. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Projecten en geeft leiding aan het projectteam, bestaande uit werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en andere specialisten. Jouw taken als Projectleider Nieuwbouw omvatten: - Het opstellen van projectplanningen en -begrotingen en deze bewaken gedurende het gehele traject; - Het aansturen en motiveren van je projectteam; - Het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders; - Het organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheidsaspecten binnen je projecten; - Het proactief identificeren en managen van projectrisico's; - Het verzorgen van periodieke rapportages over de projectvoortgang; - Het bijdragen aan innovatie en procesverbetering binnen de organisatie.

De functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden, zoals de stap naar Senior Projectleider of Manager Projecten. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je te specialiseren in specifieke type projecten of bouwmethoden, bijvoorbeeld circulair bouwen of complexe binnenstedelijke projecten.
