Als Projectleider nieuwbouw en renovatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van alle werkzaamheden op werven binnen het werkgebied, met ruime autonomie in de organisatie van projecten.
  • Waarborgen van een vlotte planning en continuïteit door tijdige bestelling van materialen en inzet van personeel.
  • Beheren van de communicatie en opvolging van leveranciers en onderaannemers voor een gestroomlijnde uitvoering.
  • Leiden en motiveren van teams van collega’s en bouwpartners om optimale prestaties te behalen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van vorderingsstaten, verrekeningen en financiële rapportages.
  • Controleren van kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van projectplanning en budgetten.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor bouwheer, architect en partners tijdens vergaderingen en op de werf.
  • Coördineren van de oplevering en nazorg, inclusief as-built dossiers en definitieve oplevering.
  • Rapporteren van technische, administratieve en personeelszaken aan de Technisch Directeur.

Profiel

Als Projectleider nieuwbouw en renovatie is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector.
  • Bij voorkeur een hogere bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en kostenbewust met oog voor rendement.
  • Teamspeler met het vermogen om collega’s te stimuleren en motiveren.
  • Flexibel en gedreven om projecten van hoge kwaliteit af te leveren.
  • Bekend met MS Office; kennis van AutoCAD of andere bouwsoftware is een plus.
  • Nederlands met goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B en bereid om projecten in stedelijke gebieden te bezoeken.
