Jouw takenpakket:

Projectmanagement & coördinatie

  • Je leidt NPI-projecten van opstart tot succesvolle marktintroductie
  • Samen met de projectsponsors bepaal je de scope, doelstellingen, planning en belangrijkste deliverables
  • Je stelt duidelijke projectplannen op en volgt mijlpalen, afhankelijkheden en het kritieke pas nauwgezet op
  • Je beheert gelijktijdig een portfolio van 30 tot 50 projecten, elk met een eigen complexiteit en dynamiek
  • Je ondersteunt met leidinggevenden bij het bepalen van prioriteiten en de inzet van mensen en middelen
  • Je stemt de beschikbare capaciteit van verschillende teams af op de projectplanning
  • Je houdt stakeholders en management helder op de hoogte van de voortgang

Samenwerking & governance

  • Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en zorgt voor duidelijke rollen en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je organiseert en leidt kick-offs, opvolgmeetings, cross-functionele werksessies en Post Launch Reviews
  • Je coördineert het Stage-Gate-proces en zorgt dat documentatie, voortgang, risico's en beslissingspunten helder worden voorbereid en voorgesteld
  • Je werkt samen met onder meer Marketing, R&D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Finance en Commercial
  • Je helpt projectmanagementmethodes, standaarden en tools verder uit te bouwen en te harmoniseren

Risico's, kwaliteit & continue verbetering

  • Je identificeert proactief risico's en knelpunten die projecten kunnen beïnvloeden
  • Je werkt samen met stakeholders concrete actieplannen uit en volgt die op
  • Je escaleert risico's en afwijkingen tijdig zodat snel beslissingen kunnen worden genomen
  • Je bewaakt scopewijzigingen en brengt de impact op
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat projectdocumentatie en gegevens in de projectmanagementsystemen correct en up-to-date blijven
  • Je organiseert Post Launch Reviews en vertaalt de learnings naar concrete verbeteringen
  • Je stimuleert best practices binnen de volledige NPI-projectportfolio
  • Bachelor- of Masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde, ingenieurswetenschappen, Supply Chain, Wetenschappen of een vergelijkbare richting
  • 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of projectleiding
  • Ervaring met het gelijktijdig beheren van meerdere projecten, bij voorkeur in een dynamische omgeving
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden
  • Een goede kennis van prjectmanagementtools en Microsoft Office
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en feeling voor stakeholdermanagement
  • Een analytische mindset en een praktische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Een projectmanagementcertificaat zoals PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, IPMA of gelijkwaardig? Mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
  • Georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht
