In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de spil tussen de klant, jouw team en de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de steigerbouw, het schilderwerk en de isolatie veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je standplaats is Hoogeveen, maar je bent regelmatig te vinden op projectlocaties, onder andere in Den Helder en soms offshore. Een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere projecten, van de voorbereiding tot en met de uitvoering. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de gestelde doelen worden behaald. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Zorgdragen voor een goede voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten - Onderhouden van intensief contact met opdrachtgevers - Afstemmen van klantwensen met de technische mogelijkheden - Je rapporteert helder en tijdig over de voortgang, planning en budgetten - Verantwoordelijk voor de financiële afhandeling van jouw projecten - Draagt bij aan procesoptimalisatie - Je komt proactief met verbeterideeën - Leidinggeven aan en begeleiden van (hoofd)uitvoerders, voormannen en monteurs Wat we zoeken Jij bent een natuurlijke leider die stevig in zijn schoenen staat.
