Functieomschrijving Als Projectleider Onderhoud ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van mutatie- en planmatige onderhoudsprojecten. Je begeleidt projecten van acquisitie tot oplevering en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering binnen de gestelde planning en budgetten. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, co-makers en interne collega's zoals werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders. Jouw doel is om niet alleen een hoogwaardig eindresultaat neer te zetten, maar ook om de klantverwachtingen te overtreffen. Binnen de functie zijn er interessante doorgroeimogelijkheden zoals toetreden tot het MT.
