Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast werk je in een betrokken en gedreven team waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan. De organisatie investeert volop in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en certificeringen op het gebied van duurzame installatietechnieken en projectmanagement. Wat wij jou bieden: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4200 en €5500, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennis; - Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Metaal en Techniek; - Maar liefst 38 vakantiedagen per jaar, zodat je voldoende tijd hebt om op te laden; - Volop doorgroeimogelijkheden naar senior projectleider of manager technisch beheer; - Uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden en certificeringen op het gebied van duurzame installatietechnieken; - Een lease-auto of reiskostenvergoging; - Een goede pensioenregeling en collectieve ziektekostenverzekering; - Een informele en betrokken bedrijfscultuur waarin jouw inbreng wordt gewaardeerd; - De mogelijkheid om bij te dragen aan grootschalige duurzaamheidsprojecten zoals de energietransitie; - Moderne werktools en systemen om jouw werk efficiënt te kunnen uitvoeren.
