Functie inhoud Jij zorgt voor de totstandkoming van de werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, organisatie en uitvoering van de aan jouw toegewezen In de functie van projectleider ben je als manager eindverantwoordelijke voor het realiseren van onderhouds- en/of renovatieprojecten binnen de daarvoor gestelde kwaliteit, planning en het budget. In het werkvoorbereidings-stadium geef je leiding aan de werkvoorbereider(s) in je team. Tijdens de uitvoering geef je leiding aan de uitvoerder(s), waarbij je het project op hoofdlijnen praktijkgericht controleert en begeleidt. Je woont bouwvergaderingen bij en onderhoudt de contacten met onderaannemers, leveranciers en derden. Verder bewaak je de planningen en stel je tussentijdse prognoses op in het kader van het te verwachten eindresultaat. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie van de onderneming.. Binnen je team geef je operationeel sturing en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden strak gepland en georganiseerd worden. Je werkt resultaatgericht en bent verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang van het project. Je weet accuraat te reageren op complexe vraagstukken en je durft zelfstandig beslissingen en initiatief te nemen. Met veel passie breng je samen met jou team de meest uitdagende projecten tot stand!
