Én dat vraagt om een projectleider met sociale skills, die technisch sterk is, vooruitdenkt, relaties onderhoudt én daadkrachtig is. Voor onze groeiende organisatie zoeken wij een Projectleider die het eigenaarschap pakt van initiatie tot en met nazorg. Een kartrekker die teams verbindt, opdrachtgevers ontzorgt en projecten veilig, voorspelbaar en kwalitatief sterk realiseert. Bij KBK Vastgoedverbetering krijg je de ruimte om te ondernemen, plannen te realiseren en projecten te leiden waar je écht trots op kunt zijn. Jouw rol Als Projectleider ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor het totale proces. Je stuurt interne teams aan, onderhoudt de samenwerking met ketenpartners en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever. Jij houdt overzicht op techniek, proces, financiën, planning en bewonersbelangen en weet de juiste besluiten te nemen om het project succesvol te maken. Wat ga je doen Leidinggeven & teamontwikkeling - Je geeft leiding aan projectteams en fungeert als aanspreekpunt en coach voor collega's. - Je waarborgt dat processen en activiteiten conform het geldende kwaliteitssysteem verlopen. - Je bouwt aan een betrokken en gemotiveerd team. - Je bewaakt samenwerking, communicatie en vakmanschap binnen het team.
