Atelier Ruimtelijk Advies (ARA) is een vakbekwaam adviesbureau met 25 medewerkers. We richten ons op het (her)inrichten van (openbare) ruimten in de breedste zin van het woord. We zijn gespecialiseerd in het begeleiden en uitwerken van conceptontwerpen tot aanbestedingsdossiers incl. uitvoeringsbegeleiding en dit in nauwe samenwerking met de ontwerper. Vele van onze projecten zijn toonaangevend.

Als projectleider sta je in voor het uitwerken van technische ontwerpstudies van conceptfase tot en met het uitvoeringsontwerp alsook het ondersteunen van de uitvoeringsbegeleiding. Afhankelijk van je kennis en interesse bekwaam je je in de detailuitwerking van één of meerdere technische luiken binnen onze projecten. De functie kenmerkt zich verder door een brede kijk op infrastructuur waarbij inzet op raakvlakken met aanverwante disciplines zoals stedenbouw, landschapsarchitectuur en stabiliteit niet worden geschuwd. Bij het uitoefenen van je taken krijg je de ondersteuning van de senior projectleider.

Je verantwoordelijkheden en uitdagingen:

  • Je staat in voor een optimale ontwerpuitwerking en een efficiënte uitvoering
  • Opstellen van technische nota's, berekeningsrapporten en ontwerpdocumentatie dit in samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw project
  • Je bent open, communicatief, resultaatgericht, maar tevens ook diplomatisch
  • Je bent sterk in het stimuleren, motiveren en vakinhoudelijk ondersteunen binnen jouw team

Gezocht profiel:

  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar specifieke ervaring als projectleider binnen de (her)inrichting van het openbaar domein
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in ons vakgebied in het algemeen
  • Je hebt een kritische geest en een technische achtergrond (of technisch inzicht)
  • Je staat voor innovatie en het nemen van initiatief
  • Je staat voor doordachte en praktische oplossingen
  • Je bent gedreven, enthousiast en hebt een collegiale werkhouding
  • Je wilt je graag vakinhoudelijk en persoonlijk graag verder ontwikkelen
