The posting

Als ontwerper/projectleider machinebouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en opvolgen van nieuwe projecten van A tot Z.

Samen met collega’s sta je in voor het mechanisch ontwerp van machines en productielijnen:

  • Je verzamelt de specificaties door overleg of door opmetingen ter plekke bij de klant(en.)
  • Je werkt machines uit op maat, vertrekkend van bestaande machine-principes.
  • Je tekent de machines uit in 3D (Solid Works.)
  • Je ondersteunt de verkoop door oplijsten van machine-onderdelen en het maken van verkoopstekeningen.
  • Je overlegt dagelijks met de mensen in het atelier (productie) om een correcte en vlotte productie te verzekeren.

Je ziet jouw ontwerpen in real time vorm krijgen. Vanuit het mechanisch ontwerp voorzie je ook de mechanische werkvoorbereiding en productietekeningen:

  • Je ondersteunt de opmaak van de finale productietekeningen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de aankoop van specifieke machine-onderdelen.
  • Je volgt mee bij bestellingen en leveringen van ‘jouw’ projecten.
  • Je documenteert de finale as-built met eventueel wijzigingen in machine-ontwerpen.

Je bezit een technisch masterdiploma: (elektro)mechanica, industriële productietechnieken, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring in de sector is zeker een plus.

Je hebt technisch inzicht en vertaalt dit vlot naar correcte tekeningen.

Je kan, na interne opleiding, zelfstandig werken en werkt daarbij nauwkeurig en stipt.

Je communiceert goed met je collega’s en rapporteert aan de zaakvoerder.

Machines en techniek zijn je grote passie. Je houdt van een productie omgeving.
