Muziek aan Bed: Projectleider Ontwikkeling & Organisatie Muziek aan Bed in Amsterdam zoekt een Projectleider Ontwikkeling & Organisatie voor 8 tot 10 uur per week | Vacature voor een Betaalde functie, Freelance/ZZP | Sluitingsdatum: 08-11-2026 Bouw mee aan de volgende fase van Muziek aan Bed. Muziek aan Bed is opgericht met een krachtig doel: live muziek brengen naar mensen in de zieken- en verpleegzorg, ter verlichting van pijn, angst en onzekerheid. Juist op momenten waarop het leven kwetsbaar is, kan muziek iets wezenlijks betekenen. Sinds 2010 brengt Muziek aan Bed live muziek naar patiënten in ziekenhuizen en bewoners van zorginstellingen. Met ruim 20 professionele musici werken we inmiddels in zo'n 35 ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen verspreid over Nederland. We hebben in de afgelopen jaren een sterke positie opgebouwd en veel expertise ontwikkeld in het professioneel inzetten van live muziek binnen de zorg. We geloven dat live muziek geen luxe is, maar van betekenis kan zijn voor de kwaliteit van leven en de menselijke maat binnen de zorg. Muziek aan Bed groeit in bereik, activiteiten en samenwerkingen. De vraag naar onze inzet neemt toe. Daarmee staan we aan het begin van een nieuwe fase: een fase waarin we onze organisatie (financieel) duurzaam verder willen ontwikkelen. Daarom zoeken we voor een tijdelijke periode van 9 tot 12 maanden een senior Projectleider Ontwikkeling & Organisatie 8 tot 10 uur per week … die samen met het organisatieteam en de directeur-bestuurder deze volgende stap helpt realiseren. Muziek aan Bed is een professionele organisatie met een sterke inhoudelijke basis en een duidelijke maatschappelijke missie. In 2026 heeft Cause 4 een quickscan uitgevoerd van onze organisatie en aanbevelingen gedaan voor de volgende fase van onze ontwikkeling. Deze functie sluit daarop aan.
