Projectleider openbare ruimte In het kort Functie omschrijving: Als projectleider openbare ruimte ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de projecten binnen de openbare ruimte. Je stuurt op resultaat, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget en bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne teams als externe opdrachtgevers. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten zoals berm- en watergangbeheer, bomenonderhoud, baggerwerk en calamiteitenservices. Dit doe je samen met uitvoerders, planners en werkvoorbereiders binnen een groot en modern machinepark. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider openbare ruimte geef je dagelijks leiding aan meerdere projecten in de buitenruimte. - Aansturen van projectteams en uitvoerders - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit - Contact met opdrachtgevers zoals gemeenten, waterschappen en Rijkswaterstaat - Voorbereiden, plannen en bijsturen van projecten - Coördineren van inzet van mensen, materieel en onderaannemers - Signaleren van kansen, risico's en verbeterpunten - Zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering Je bent veel in overleg, maar ook regelmatig op projectlocaties aanwezig. Je schakelt snel en houdt altijd het overzicht, ook als de situatie verandert. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur civiele techniek of vergelijkbaar - Je hebt ervaring als projectleider of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de GWW - Je kunt goed overzicht houden in een dynamische omgeving - Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en besluitvaardig - Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - Je hebt een praktische en nuchtere instelling Wat bieden wij? - Een uitdagende functie van 40 uur per week - Werken binnen een stabiele en groeiende organisatie - Veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen inbreng - Een collegiale en no-nonsense werksfeer - Salaris €3.800 - €5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring (op basis van fulltime) - Ongeveer 39 vrije dagen (vakantie + ATV) per jaar bij fulltime - Prof...
