Voor de optimalisatie en doorontwikkeling van de toepassing van de HR21 functiewaarderingsystematiek zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider. Ben jij een stevige gesprekspartner met ruime ervaring in met functiewaardering binnen de publieke sector? Kan jij leidinggevenden begeleiden in hun rol en verantwoordelijkheden en scherpe analyses maken op inhoud en process? Dan komen wij graag met jou in contact. Wat mag je verwachten - Opdracht is op detacheringsbasis - Salaris: €6422 (full time), obv schaal 11 cao gemeenten Wie we zoeken Je bent een zeer ervaren projectleider die inhoudelijke expertise combineert met een pragmatische aanpak. Je bent analytisch sterk, weet hoofd- en bijzaken goed te onderscheiden en voelt je thuis in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving. Je durft kritisch door te vragen, bent besluitvaardig en weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen zonder de samenwerking uit het oog te verliezen. Dankzij jouw overtuigingskracht, organisatiesensitiviteit en kennis van functiewaardering zorg je voor een consistente en zorgvuldige uitvoering van het project. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Aantoonbare en succesvolle ervaring met functiewaarderingstrajecten, bij voorkeur met de HR21 systematiek; - Ervaring als projectleider binnen een grote, complexe organisatie - Kennis van en ervaring in organisatieontwikkeling en veranderprocessen; - Uitstekende communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden; - Een sterk analytisch vermogen en het vermogen om structuur aan te brengen in complexe vraagstukken; - Ervaring met het plannen, organiseren, en...
