The posting

Van een eerste ontwerp naar een pilot in de praktijk: jij helpt een nieuw bedrijfsbureau vorm te geven. Ondersteunende en adviserende werkzaamheden zijn nu verspreid georganiseerd. Jij onderzoekt hoe deze werkzaamheden centraal kunnen worden ingericht, zodat werkwijzen beter op elkaar aansluiten en collega's elkaar makkelijker kunnen vervangen.

Je maakt een organisatieontwerp waar betrokkenen achter staan en begeleidt de invoering. Tijdens een pilot binnen één discipline ontdek je wat werkt en wat beter kan. Jouw inzichten vormen de basis voor de vaste inrichting en verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijfsbureau.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je brengt de huidige ondersteunende en adviserende werkzaamheden in kaart. • Je ontwerpt het bedrijfsbureau en werkt taken, verantwoordelijkheden en werkprocessen uit. • Je bepaalt hoe de aansturing en besluitvorming worden geregeld en welke voorwaarden nodig zijn. • Je maakt een plan voor de invoering en begeleidt de uitvoering. • Je begeleidt en evalueert de pilot binnen één geselecteerde discipline. • Je vertaalt de ervaringen naar een advies voor de vaste inrichting en verdere ontwikkeling.

Je werkt 16 tot 24 uur per week. Je start op 1 november 2026 en de opdracht loopt tot en met 30 april 2027, met kans op verlenging. Hybride werken is mogelijk.

Functie-eisen: Jij weet dat een verandering pas werkt als mensen meedoen. Daarom verbind je medewerkers, management en ondersteunende diensten. Je geeft helder advies en houdt rekening met verschillende belangen en bestuurlijke verhoudingen. Met jouw ervaring help je de organisatie om van plannen naar uitvoering te komen.

Verder:

• Heb je minimaal hbo-niveau. • Heb je ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling en verandertrajecten. • Heb je ervaring binnen de publieke sector. Ervaring in een zorg- of GGD-omgeving is mooi meegenomen. • Heb je kennis van bedrijfsvoering, procesinrichting en governance: de manier waarop aansturing en besluitvorming zijn geregeld. • Heb je ervaring met
