De energietransitie in Apeldoorn vraagt om nauwe samenwerking met inwoners, bedrijven, verenigingen, instellingen en andere professionele stakeholders. Als projectleider begeleid je namens de gemeente een participatieproject waarvan de uitvoering grotendeels bij een externe partij ligt. Je zorgt voor verbinding, draagvlak en verdere ontwikkeling van de gekozen participatievorm. Werkzaamheden: - Creëren van voldoende intern draagvlak en betrekken van verschillende afdelingen - Ophalen van behoeften en zoeken naar gedeelde belangen binnen de organisatie - Samen met de externe partij invulling geven aan de Dag van de Energie - Samen met de externe partij organiseren en verder ontwikkelen van de Doetank - Professionele stakeholders betrekken en medeverantwoordelijkheid geven voor het concept van de Doetank Een uitgebreider functieprofiel en meer achtergrondinformatie over de organisatie en afdeling is voorhanden. Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal een relevante hbo-opleiding - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als projectleider bij overheidsinstanties - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met de energietransitie - In de afgelopen 5 jaar minimaal 3 participatietrajecten begeleid binnen energietransitie of duurzaamheid, met aantoonbare ervaring in opdracht van gemeenten - Ervaring met uiteenlopende stakeholdergroepen en kennis van gemeentelijke besluitvormingsprocessen en de politiek-bestuurlijke context - Aantal uren: 6 - 10 uur per week - Tarief en samenwerkingsvorm: in overleg, afhankelijk va...
