Over de functie Als projectleider begeleid je namens Gemeente Apeldoorn een participatieopdracht binnen de energietransitie. Je zorgt voor draagvlak binnen de organisatie, werkt samen met een externe partij aan initiatieven als de Dag van de Energie en de Doetank, en betrekt diverse stakeholders bij de uitvoering. Je brengt het initiatief naar een nieuwe fase en zorgt dat belangen worden opgehaald en gedeeld. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met veel aandacht voor samenwerking en innovatie. Wat je gaat doen - Zorgen voor voldoende draagvlak binnen de organisatie en betrekken van afdelingen bij de participatievorm. - Zoeken naar gedeelde belangen en ophalen van behoeften binnen de organisatie. - Samen met de externe partij invulling geven aan de Dag van de Energie en de Doetank. - Het initiatief van de Doetank samen met de externe partij naar een nieuwe fase brengen. Functie-eisen - Minimaal een relevante HBO-opleiding. - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als projectleider bij overheidsinstanties. - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met de energietransitie. - In de afgelopen 5 jaar minimaal 3 participatietrajecten begeleid binnen de energietransitie of duurzaamheid. - Aantoonbare ervaring met participatietrajecten in opdracht van gemeenten. - Ervaring met het begeleiden van uiteenlopende stakeholdergroepen, waaronder inwoners, maatschappelijke organisaties, bedrijven en bestuurders. - Kennis van gemeentelijke besluitvormingsprocessen en de politieke-bestuurlijke context.
