Als Projectleider Planmatig Onderhoud ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen. Je stuurt projecten aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en natuurlijk de bewoners. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het realiseren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige projecten waarbij bewoners tevreden zijn en de planning wordt gehaald. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het voorbereiden en plannen van onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten, inclusief het maken van calculaties en werkplanningen; - Het aansturen van uitvoerders, onderaannemers en vaklieden op de bouwplaats; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere stakeholders om verwachtingen helder te krijgen en te managen; - Het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget van de projecten; - Het oplossen van vraagstukken die zich voordoen tijdens de uitvoering en het schakelen tussen verschillende partijen; - Het verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling, zoals rapportages, urenstaten en opleverdocumenten; - Het signaleren van kansen voor verduurzaming en het adviseren van opdrachtgevers over mogelijke verbeteringen.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. De organisatie biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een rol als senior projectleider of coördinator, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere en complexere projecten. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in verduurzaming of circulariteit, gebieden waar de organisatie sterk op inzet.
