Jij houdt het overzicht, weet wat er binnen de projecten speelt en grijpt in voordat kleine problemen grote gevolgen krijgen. Als Projectleider Planmatig Onderhoud in Amsterdam krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen projectenportefeuille. Je werkt aan het onderhouden en verduurzamen van bestaande woningen, stuurt je teams aan en hebt direct contact met opdrachtgevers. Iets voor jou? Dan komen we graag met je in contact! Wat ga jij doen? Je begeleidt meerdere onderhoudsprojecten vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering. Je houdt grip op de planning en financiële resultaten, zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers. Ook besteed je aandacht aan de ontwikkeling van je team.
