The posting

Voor een sterk groeiend bedrijf in de dakensector zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider Platte Daken.

  • Je coördineert meerdere projecten tegelijk en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget en veiligheid.
  • Je stuurt ploegen arbeiders en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking op de werf.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bouwheren, onderaannemers en collega's.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning en denkt actief mee in oplossingen.
  • Je volgt de projecten administratief op en zorgt voor een correcte rapportering.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werken en zorgt voor een succesvolle oplevering.
  • Je verdeelt je tijd ongeveer 50% op kantoor en 50% op de werf, zodat je zowel het overzicht bewaart als dicht bij de uitvoering staat.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Bouw, Architectuur, Vastgoed of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Schoolverlaters komen zeker in aanmerking. Heb je al ervaring als werf- of projectleider? Dan is dat uiteraard een mooie troef.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met een sterk organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende partijen.
  • Je weet meerdere projecten tegelijk te coördineren en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, efficiënt en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig, ook wanneer deadlines dichterbij komen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot overweg met de gangbare informaticatools. Ervaring met bouwspecifieke software is een pluspunt.
