Productontwikkeling structureren van eerste concept tot marktintroductie? Als Projectleider Product Life Cycle Management bewaak je het volledige ontwikkelingsproces en zorg je dat verschillende afdelingen volgens een duidelijke aanpak samenwerken. Je combineert projectleiding, procesverbetering en stakeholdermanagement binnen een technische productieomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt nauw samen met Product Management en Research & Development. Vanuit de productroadmap zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe producten gestructureerd door ontwikkeling, industrialisatie en uiteindelijke vrijgave gaan.

• Je vertaalt de productstrategie naar een concrete PLCM aanpak

• Je organiseert projectstarts en volgt de voortgang van productontwikkelingsprojecten op

• Je structureert en verbetert processen en standaarden rond Product Life Cycle Management

• Je bewaakt de verschillende stappen van concept tot ontwikkeling, industrialisatie en lancering

• Je visualiseert de voortgang van productontwikkeling vanuit de bestaande productroadmap

• Je bewaakt het New Product Introduction proces op hoofdlijnen

• Je werkt met een Stage Gate proces van zeven stappen en volgt dit op in Jira

• Je beheert dagelijks processen rond NPD, NPI en ECR

• Je volgt planning, capaciteit, risico's en ontwikkeltijd op

• Je bewaakt de snelheid richting marktintroductie zonder de verschillende processtappen uit het oog te verliezen

• Je brengt Product Management, Research & Development, prototyping, testing, sourcing, supply chain, productie, marketing en sales samen

• Je stemt prioriteiten en voortgang af met het management

Dit is geen projectfunctie waarbij je alleen deadlines opvolgt. Je kijkt ook kritisch naar het proces zelf. Waar loopt productontwikkeling vast? Waar ontbreekt structuur? En hoe kunnen verschillende afdelingen efficiënter samenwerken?

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar ervaring met projectleiding binnen productontwikkeling of engineering

• Je hebt een masterdiploma of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring

• Je kent PLCM, NPD, NPI, Stage Gate of vergelijkbare ontwikkelmethodieken

• Je kunt verschillende afdelingen en belangen rond één project samenbrengen

• Je werkt analytisch en gestructureerd

• Je kunt een strategische richting vertalen naar concrete processen en acties

• Je hebt affiniteit met technologie, innovatie en industriële productie

• Je hebt ruime ervaring met projectmanagementtools en methodieken

• Ervaring met Jira en Confluence is een pluspunt
