Voor een dynamisch en groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio Tongeren zoekt YouVi een gedreven projectleider project- en woningbouw.

Ben jij technisch sterk, organisatorisch aangelegd en krijg je energie van het coördineren van werven van A tot Z? Dan is deze functie een mooie kans om projecten in Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant en Luik mee succesvol te realiseren.

Jouw functie

Als projectleider project- en woningbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectrealisatie vanaf de uitvoeringsfase. Je bewaakt de planning, het budget, de kwaliteit en de technische uitvoering van projecten.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne collega’s zoals de werkvoorbereider, tekenaar en calculator. Daarnaast stuur je productie en plaatsing aan en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de gedelegeerd bestuurder.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Instaan voor de totale projectrealisatie van projecten in Limburg, Luik en Vlaams-Brabant
  • Lezen en begrijpen van lastenboeken
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van technische fiches
  • Inschatten van situaties ter plaatse en uitvoeren van metingen
  • Uitwerken van plannen en opvolgen van berekeningen in samenwerking met de calculator
  • Aanbieden van oplossingen en voorstellen op maat
  • Rekening houden met timing, techniek, kwaliteit en budget
  • Waar mogelijk creatieve prijsbesparingen voorstellen aan de bouwheer
  • Controleren of aankopen binnen het budget passen via prijsvergelijkingen
  • Aansturen van de productie
  • Bestellen van materialen
  • Opstarten en opvolgen van productieprocessen
  • Oplossen van eventuele technische of praktische problemen
  • Voorbereiden en nauwgezet opvolgen van de plaatsing
  • Administratieve opvolging zoals: As-built dossiers Vorderingsstaten Meetstaten Werfadministratie
  • Intern overleg plegen over de vooruitgang van werven, oplossingen, problemen en prijsvergelijkingen

Wie zoeken wij?

YouVi zoekt een communicatief sterke en stressbestendige projectleider die structuur brengt in complexe projecten.

Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma ingenieur, bij voorkeur metaal of bouwkunde
  • Of je bent gelijkwaardig door minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Ervaring als projectleider in metaalconstructies, projectbeheer of werfleiding is een pluspunt
  • Je kan een strikte planning aansturen en deadlines respecteren
  • Je communiceert vlot in verschillende omstandigheden
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je kan mensen aansturen en motiveren
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je hebt goede projectmanagementvaardigheden
