Of het nu gaat om het ontwerpen en aansturen van warmtepompsystemen, complete installaties in luxe woningen, of uitdagende utiliteitsprojecten: jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Je bent betrokken bij het hele traject: van planvorming en engineering tot uitvoering en oplevering. Dat betekent dat je budgetten bewaakt, planningen opstelt, leveranciers selecteert en het operationele aanspreekpunt bent voor klanten. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het volgen van de projectvoortgang en levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan onze missie om hoogwaardige installaties te realiseren. - Het ontwerpen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren van diverse projecten binnen de installatietechniek; - Budgetbewaking, planning en aansturing van projectteams; - Het selecteren en beoordelen van leveranciers op technische haalbaarheid en contractvoorwaarden; - Begeleiden van externe werkzaamheden en uitbestedingen; - Operationeel aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor klanten en collega's. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een ervaren en gedreven Projectleider/Project Engineer met oog voor detail en een sterk vermogen om oplossingen te vinden. Je combineert technische kennis met praktijkervaring, en daarbij beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal MBO+/HBO-niveau richting installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar; - 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen projectleiding of coördinatie; - Ruime kennis van duurzame en complexe installaties, zoals warmtepompen en utiliteit; - Ervaring met enginee...
