Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van bouwprojecten en stuurt het hele proces aan, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je hebt de ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen en werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en je eigen team. - Aansturen van uitvoerend team en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het project; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en adviseurs over voortgang en wijzigingen; - Oplossen van complexe vraagstukken en bijsturen waar nodig.

Je groeit door naar senior projectleider of specialiseert je in duurzaam bouwen.
