The posting

Voor een vooraanstaande autonome overheidsinstelling in Brussel zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Werfleider / Technisch Projectverantwoordelijke die de technische en operationele leiding van een grootschalig kantoorherinrichtingsproject op zich neemt. Als het terreingerichte aanspreekpunt van de bouwheer stuur je de hoofdaannemer en technische partijen aan, hou je strak toezicht op de uitvoering van de plannen en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze oplevering van de werken.

  • Je volgt de dagelijkse voortgang en kwaliteit van de werken op, zit werfvergaderingen voor/woont deze bij en bewaakt de planning, gemaakte afspraken en de conformiteit met plannen en het lastenboek
  • Je signaleert proactief technische of organisatorische knelpunten op de werf en stuurt bij waar nodig om de continuïteit te waarborgen
  • Je leest en analyseert bouw- en uitvoeringsplannen, volgt aanpassingen op en ziet toe op een naadloze afstemming tussen architectuur, ruwbouw en speciale technieken
  • Je bezit een goed globaal begrip van technieken (HVAC, elektriciteit/verlichting, branddetectie, beveiliging/toegangscontrole en IT-infrastructuur) om op niveau te overleggen met specialisten en voorgestelde oplossingen te challengen
  • Je volgt de afbouwwerken (sloop, wanden, beglazing, afwerking) op en analyseert wijzigingen, meer- en minwerken en decompten inclusief hun impact op het project
  • Je neemt actief deel aan voorlopige en definitieve opleveringen, volgt de afhandeling van opmerkingen/gebreken strikt op en controleert de volledige overdracht van as-built-plannen en technische documentatie
  • Als basis beschik je over minimaal een graduaat of bachelor in de bouwkunde (of een relevante technische richting), aangevuld met concrete ervaring in werfopvolging en -coördinatie
  • In het bijzonder is ervaring met kantoorrenovatie, -verbouwing of -herinrichting een sterke troef. Dit geldt eveneens voor opgedane ervaring bij een bouwheer, studiebureau, hoofdaannemer of projectmanagementbureau
  • Het vlot lezen van bouw- en uitvoeringsplannen gaat je goed af, ondersteund door een sterke praktische kennis van speciale gebouwtechnieken (HVAC, elektriciteit, brandveiligheid, toegangscontrole en beveiliging)
  • Voor technische specialisten ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner die er niet voor terugdeinst om aannemers inhoudelijk te challengen
  • Vanuit een uitgesproken technisch en praktisch ingesteld profiel pak je problemen proactief en resultaatgericht aan
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail kenmerken je werkwijze, gecombineerd met een sterk organisatie- en coördinatievermogen
  • Een grote mate van autonomie en verantwoordelijkheidszin koppel je moeiteloos aan sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op het terrein
