Voor een groeiende projectontwikkelaar in regio Gent zoeken we een Projectleider die ownership neemt over meerdere projecten en mee bouwt aan kwalitatieve, duurzame woonontwikkelingen. De functie inhoud Wat houdt de functie van Projectleider regio Gent in?

  • Coördinatie en opvolging van meerdere residentiële projecten in verschillende fases van ontwikkeling en uitvoering.
  • Aansturing van aannemers en onderaannemers op de werven.
  • Bewaking van planning, kwaliteit, budget en veiligheid gedurende het volledige projectverloop.
  • Controle van uitgevoerde werken en proactief aanpakken van knelpunten of afwijkingen.
  • Opvolging van materialen, bestellingen en leveringen in functie van de voortgang.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van opleveringen, inclusief nazorg en opvolging na oplevering.
