The posting

Je komt terecht in een groeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in ramen en deuren, waar kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en technische expertise centraal staan. Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van opmeting tot eindfacturatie en zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering van de projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, architecten, bouwpromotoren en interne teams.

De verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Opmeten van ramen en deuren en opvolgen van werven van start tot facturatie.
  • Opstellen van tekeningen, uitvoeren van studies en berekeningen en plaatsen van bestellingen bij leveranciers.
  • Informeren van klanten over uitvoering en planning en opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie.
  • Contact onderhouden met architecten, bouwpromotoren en particulieren voor nieuwbouw‑ en renovatieprojecten.
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke en correcte documentatie voor atelier en plaatsers.
  • Dagelijkse briefing van plaatsers en opvolging tijdens uitvoering, inclusief oplevering van de werf.
  • Verstrekken van bijkomende technische info aan de werkplaats wanneer nodig.
  • Technische opleiding op niveau graduaat, bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Vlot werken met AutoCAD en MS Office.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in ramen en deuren.
  • Ambitie om expert te worden in het vak.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om klanten te begeleiden en overtuigen.
  • Gedreven, resultaatgericht en verantwoordelijk ingesteld.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en in staat om bouwplannen te lezen en interpreteren.
