Taken en verantwoordelijkheid - Realiseren van fysieke, infrastructurele projecten in de buitenruimte. - Geven van coachend richting aan een projectteam in ontwerp-, voorbereidings-, uitvoerings- en nazorgfase volgens het Bossche Model van projectmatig werken. - Organiseren van input en advies vanuit technische specialisten. - Zorgen voor aanbestedingen met focus op standaard contractvormen als RAW. - Aansturen van alle activiteiten benodigd voor realisering en bewaken van scope, kosten, tijd, kwaliteit en risico's; rapporteren en adviseren aan de opdrachtgever. - Organiseren van passende participatietrajecten met inwoners en andere stakeholders en vertalen van wensen naar plannen en uitvoering. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor projecten, afstemmen met opdrachtgever en onderhandelen met externe partijen. - Adviseren van de opdrachtgever en leveren van input voor besluitvorming. - Signaleren van knelpunten, aandragen van oplossingen en beheersen van risico's. - Zorgen voor overdracht van resultaten en informatie naar collega's verantwoordelijk voor beheer.
