Projectleider Windpark Caprice - namens de gemeente begeleiden van de realisatie van het windpark Caprice en toezien op de uitvoering van alle in de exploitatieovereenkomst vastgelegde afspraken. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de omgeving, externe stakeholders, de ontwikkelaar en interne collega's. Doel van de rol Zorgen voor de in- en externe begeleiding van de realisatie van het windpark Caprice en het bewaken en coördineren van de nakoming van de gemaakte afspraken. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Gemeentelijk aanspreekpunt voor initiatiefnemer, omwonenden, klankbordgroep en dorpsplatforms. - Waarborgen van naleving van de afspraken zoals vastgelegd in de exploitatieovereenkomst "Windpark Caprice". - Coördinatie van voortvloeiende gemeentelijke werkzaamheden. - Regelmatig overleg met de ambtelijk en bestuurlijk opdrachtgever over voortgang en realisatie. - Organiseren en uitvoeren van een overlegstructuur met de initiatiefnemer. - Zorgen dat de initiatiefnemer tijdig een inrichtingsplan en uitvoeringsplan opstelt en ter goedkeuring voorlegt. - Toezien op correcte en tijdige uitvoering van het inrichtingsplan en uitvoeringsplan, waaronder: - Zorgen dat vrijkomende grond in het exploitatiegebied zoveel mogelijk ter plaatse wordt aangewend (met inachtneming van het Besluit Bodemkwaliteit). - In overleg met de gemeentelijke wegbeheerder inventariseren van de status van wegen die gebruikt worden voor vervoer van bouwmaterialen, vóór en na transporten om eventuele schade vast te stellen. - Bevorderen en meewerken aan een landschapsplan samen met organisaties en inwoners. - Uitwerken en implementeren (inclusief bestuurlijk proces) van afspraken rond participatie en financiële compensatie, waaronder: - Nadeelcompensatieregeling voor direct omwonenden - Omgevingsfonds met de betrokken dorpsplatforms - Gemeenschapsfonds met de gemeente - Obligatieregeling voor inwoners - Zorgen dat de initiatiefnemer klachten monitort met de klankbordgroe...
