Ben jij technisch sterk in HVAC regeltechniek en hou je ervan om projecten van begin tot einde zelf in handen te nemen?

Dan is dit een functie waar je meer doet dan enkel opvolgen vanop afstand. Hier zit je technisch én organisatorisch mee aan het stuur.

Voor een gespecialiseerd technisch bedrijf in regio Lede zoeken we een projectleider regeltechniek HVAC.

Functieomschrijving

Als projectleider regeltechniek HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige regeltechnische luik binnen HVAC projecten.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders HVAC en elektriciteit en vertaalt de technische noden van klanten naar slimme en efficiënte oplossingen.

Je takenpakket:

  • Projecten opvolgen van opstart tot oplevering
  • Technische noden analyseren samen met klanten en collega’s
  • I/O lijsten, aansluitlijsten en P&ID’s opmaken
  • HVAC regelingen programmeren op basis van hydraulische schema’s en bestekken
  • Installaties opstarten en testen
  • Opleidingen geven aan klanten
  • Samenwerken met de afdeling bordenbouw
  • Aansturen van techniekers en externe partners op de werf
  • Bekabelingswerken technisch opvolgen
  • Mee zoeken naar optimalisaties rond comfort en energie efficiëntie

Je combineert dus engineering, programmatie, coördinatie en klantencontact binnen één technische functie met veel afwisseling.

  • Diploma elektrotechniek, elektromechanica, klimatisering of gelijkaardig
  • Ervaring binnen HVAC regeltechniek
  • Kennis van gebouwbeheersystemen en programmatie
  • Kennis van Priva en/of Siemens is een sterke troef
  • Technisch en analytisch sterk
  • Autonoom kunnen werken
  • Communicatief sterk naar klanten en collega’s
  • Organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
  • Interesse in energie efficiënte technieken en automatisatie
