Als Projectleider Renovatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Je leidt renovatieprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering, waarbij planning, budget en kwaliteit nauwgezet worden opgevolgd.
  • Je coördineert alle betrokken partijen — opdrachtgevers, architecten, leveranciers en uitvoerders — zodat elk project efficiënt en transparant verloopt.
  • Je bewaakt de technische haalbaarheid, stuurt optimalisaties bij en zorgt voor duidelijke werkvoorbereiding.
  • Je garandeert kwaliteit en veiligheid op al je werven door regelmatige controles en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie, rapportering en nacalculatie, zodat elk project financieel en technisch sluitend wordt afgerond.

Profiel

Als Projectleider Renovatie is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen renovatie- of bouwprojecten, bij voorkeur in totaalrenovaties vanaf drie jaar.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en accuraat en behoudt overzicht in projecten met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je communiceert helder, motiveert teams en schakelt vlot tussen operationele en strategische taken.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een oplossingsgerichte houding en een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en gebruikt basiskennis Frans functioneel op de werf.
