The posting

Je leidt renovatieprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en het budget.

  • Je coördineert interne medewerkers, onderaannemers en externe partners tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten.
  • Je volgt de planning, de technische kwaliteit en het budget van elk project op.
  • Je communiceert proactief met klanten en legt afspraken, verantwoordelijkheden en goedkeuringen helder vast.
  • Je maakt uitvoeringsplannen, bestelbonnen en meetstaten correct en tijdig op.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de werken de nodige veiligheids-, milieu- en gezondheidsmaatregelen naleven.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging en het klantenportaal.
  • Je beheert renovatieprojecten in de regio Antwerpen en werkt nauw samen met je collega's. Elke dinsdag ben je aanwezig wanneer het volledige team samenkomt.

Je combineert ervaring in projectleiding binnen de bouwsector met bouwkundige kennis en een gestructureerde aanpak.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in projectleiding binnen de bouwsector. Ervaring met renovatieprojecten is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een hoger bouwkundig diploma, bij voorkeur industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of bachelor bouw, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt sterk technisch inzicht en kunt meerdere projecten tegelijk organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Je bepaalt prioriteiten en stuurt mensen, middelen en budgetten efficiënt aan. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert helder, transparant en oplossingsgericht met klanten, onderaannemers, leveranciers en collega's. Je begeleidt teams op een coachende manier.
  • Je werkt vlot met Office 365 en AutoCAD. Kennis van Navision, Primavera of MS Project is een pluspunt.
