Takenpakket:

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van uitdagende renovatiewerken. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse werfactiviteiten en het ondersteunen van de planning.
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van werfvergaderingen en het opmaken van verslagen.
  • Het opvolgen van de levering en kwaliteit van bouwmaterialen, in nauwe samenwerking met leveranciers.
  • Het coördineren van onderaannemers en het bewaken van de voortgang op verschillende werven.
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen op de planning of technische uitdagingen aan de projectleider.
  • Het bijdragen aan het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve ondersteuning van projecten, zoals het voorbereiden van documenten en het opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Het actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties om projecten nog efficiënter te laten verlopen.

Profiel:

Als projectleider is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Je hebt een diploma in de bouwkunde en beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar werkt ook zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet vlot te schakelen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar verschillende werven.
