Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en liever op de werf staat dan uren in vergaderingen zit? Zoek je een functie waarin je zelfstandig projecten opvolgt, beslissingen neemt en elke dag nieuwe uitdagingen tegenkomt? Dan is dit een rol waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt, kan rekenen op vertrouwen en werkt aan complexe renovatie- en restauratieprojecten met een maatschappelijke impact.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert meerdere renovatie- en restauratieprojecten van A tot Z.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor architecten, klanten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je stuurt een team van 10 tot 20 medewerkers en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je organiseert bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig op de werf aanwezig zijn.
  • Je voert werfcontroles uit en neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budgetten.
  • Je stelt vorderingsstaten op en volgt herzieningen en verletdagen nauwkeurig op.
  • Je overlegt tweewekelijks met andere projectleiders om de planning en voortgang af te stemmen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot en kwalitatief wordt opgeleverd.

Tegelijk krijg je de vrijheid om je projecten zelfstandig te organiseren en initiatief te nemen. Dankzij de combinatie van renovatie, restauratie en duurzame bouwtechnieken blijft je werk gevarieerd en krijg je alle kansen om verder te groeien in je vak.

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouwsector
  • Ervaring met energetische renovaties en/of restauratieprojecten
  • Een bachelor bouwkunde
