Als Projectleider Renovatie en Onderhoud ben jij de spil in het geheel. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je stuurt het hele proces aan, van voorbereiding tot oplevering, en bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, bewoners, onderaannemers en je eigen team. Je werkt aan uitdagende renovatieprojecten waarbij je écht verschil maakt voor bewoners en de leefbaarheid van wijken verbetert. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, begroting en uitvoering, en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen tevreden zijn. Daarnaast heb je oog voor innovatie en duurzaamheid, en draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe werkwijzen en concepten. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Het voorbereiden, plannen en begeleiden van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten in de sociale woningbouw; - Het aansturen van uitvoerders, onderaannemers en ketenpartners op de bouwplaats; - Het bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het hele project; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere stakeholders; - Het signaleren van risico's en het proactief oplossen van knelpunten; - Het bijdragen aan innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen binnen projecten; - Het verzorgen van rapportages en verantwoording richting de directie en opdrachtgevers.
