Wil je een team aansturen én meebouwen aan een inclusieve samenleving? Als projectleider renovatie en wasstraat in Gentbrugge leid je een diverse ploeg en realiseer je renovatieprojecten in de regio. Daarnaast stuur je onze wasstraat voor herbruikbare bekers mee aan, een duurzame dienstverlening die inzet op circulair gebruik. Een gevarieerde functie dus als leidinggevende met impact en ruimte voor initiatief!

Dit mag je van de job verwachten:

  • Je geeft leiding aan de werkleiders, zij begeleiden de medewerkers op de werkvloer. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor de coach, administratieve medewerker, stagiairs en andere betrokkenen binnen jouw werking.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle werking. Je geeft werkinstructies op de werkvloer, volgt de werkzaamheden op en steekt waar nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen op de werkvloer.
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers in hun groei, motiveert hen en stimuleert samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je zoekt nieuwe opdrachten, onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers en volgt projecten op van voorbereiding tot uitvoering. Je staat in voor planning, administratie en financiële opvolging.
  • Je bouwt een netwerk uit en overlegt met partners. Ook intern heb je een vlot contact met collega’s van andere werkingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven en hebt een coachende en doortastende stijl.
  • Je gelooft in de groeikansen van mensen en hebt voeling met het werken met medewerkers die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben op de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en weet jouw kennis op een duidelijke manier over te brengen naar anderen.
  • Je bent ondernemend en neemt initiatief. Je bouwt relaties op met klanten, ziet kansen en durft knopen doorhakken om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je bent flexibel naar verplaatsingen toe. Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B of BE en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer en op verschillende locaties.

Jouw uitvalsbasis is de vestiging van Groep INTRO in Gentbrugge en je verplaatst je regelmatig naar verschillende locaties in de ruime regio.
