Om ons team te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een projectmanager die renovatie- en evenementenprojecten begeleidt. Binnen onze organisatie ondersteunen wij mensen die moeilijk hun weg vinden op de arbeidsmarkt en helpen we hen hun talenten te ontdekken en verder te versterken. Dit doen we via concrete projecten, zoals renovatiewerken en eventondersteuning, waarin begeleiding, ontwikkeling en praktijkervaring centraal staan.

In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot loopt, van de eerste planning tot de oplevering. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken.

Waar ben je concreet mee bezig?

  • Je stelt aanbestedingsdossiers op (technisch & financieel).
  • Je denkt mee over oplossingen en stimuleert innovatie.
  • Je optimaliseert processen en werkt digitaal.
  • Je beheert projecten van A tot Z.
  • Je werkt klantgericht met oog voor sociale en commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Je maakt kostencalculaties en bewaakt budgetten.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit.

Naast bovenstaand takenpakket neem je ook een coachende rol op. Je werkt nauw samen met het team van arbeiders met uiteenlopende profielen en helpt hen om verdere stappen vooruit te zetten.

Naast een correct loon volgens ervaring in PC327.01, krijg jij extra in de vorm van maaltijdcheques en hospitalisatieverzekering (bij vast contract).

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met digitale tools voor projectbeheer, planning en rapportage
