Als Projectleider binnen nieuwbouw en renovatie krijg je een sleutelrol in uitdagende bouwprojecten waarin planning, kwaliteit en samenwerking samenkomen. Jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. In deze rol werk je vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de oplevering. Je schakelt met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, werkvoorbereiders, uitvoering en leveranciers, en bewaakt voortgang, budget en risico's met oog voor detail en resultaat. - Je leidt nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten van opdracht tot oplevering. - Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Je stuurt het projectteam aan en zorgt voor duidelijke afstemming. - Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en neemt doordachte beslissingen. - Je rapporteert helder aan opdrachtgever en directie. Functie-eisen Jij brengt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee als Projectleider binnen de bouw en weet hoe je technische inhoud vertaalt naar een haalbare uitvoering. Je combineert bouwkundig inzicht met structuur, overtuigingskracht en verantwoordelijkheid. Daarmee houd je projecten beheersbaar, ook wanneer de druk oploopt. - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding of aantoonbaar gelijkwaardig niveau. - Ervaring met nieuwbouw en/of renovatieprojecten. - Kennis van planning, budgetbewaking en bouwregelgeving. - Je werkt zorgvuldig, zelfstandig en houdt altijd overzicht. - Rijbewijs B en goede communicatieve vaardigheden in de praktijk.
