Als Projectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, uitvoering en oplevering van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten in de bestaande bouw. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen budget, op tijd en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Daarbij houd je rekening met de wensen van opdrachtgevers en bewoners, en zorg je voor een goede communicatie met alle betrokken partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, vakmensen en onderaannemers. Je plant de werkzaamheden, bestelt materialen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Tijdens de uitvoering ben je regelmatig op locatie om de voortgang te controleren en bij te sturen waar nodig. Je lost problemen op voordat ze groot worden en denkt mee over slimme oplossingen. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers en bewoners, zodat iedereen tevreden is over het eindresultaat. Jouw taken in het kort: - Voorbereiden en plannen van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten; - Aansturen van uitvoerders, vakmensen en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van budget, planning en kwaliteit; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en bewoners; - Bestellen van materialen en coördineren van leveringen; - Controleren van de voortgang en bijsturen waar nodig; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving volgens de geldende richtlijnen; - Oplossen van problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen; - Verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling en rapportages.
