Fulltime Projectleider Renovatie & Verduurzaming Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen binnen onze nieuwe PO+-afdeling en werken aan beter wooncomfort én woonplezier? Als Projectleider Renovatie & Verduurzaming verbind je techniek, bewoners, opdrachtgevers en uitvoering. Je werkt regionaal in een hecht team, neemt eigenaarschap over je projecten en bent de sparringpartner voor collega's en opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider Renovatie & Verduurzaming zorg jij ervoor dat onze verduurzamings- en renovatieprojecten soepel worden gerealiseerd. Jij: ·Begeleidt en realiseert verduurzamings- en renovatieprojecten tijdens de uitvoering en bewaakt dat de plannen op de bouw goed worden uitgevoerd. · Kijkt in het voortraject al mee op hoofdlijnen, zodat je de uitvoerbaarheid, risico's en impact op bewoners en uitvoering tijdig kunt inschatten, en jij vanuit uitvoering waardevolle input levert voor het projectplan. · Stuurt het uitvoeringsteam aan (uitvoerders, vaklieden, bewonersconsulent en bouwteampartners) en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. · Bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de bouw, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt direct bij. · Bent de verbindende factor tussen bewoners, opdrachtgever en uitvoeringsteam. · Neemt deel aan bouwvergaderingen en rapporteert voortgang en keuzes. · Evalueert afgeronde projecten en draagt actief bij aan verbetering van onze PO+ processen · Bouwt actief mee aan de ontwikkeling van onze nieuwe PO+-afdeling en draagt bij aan het verder professionaliseren van onze processen. Wat verwachten we van jou? · HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur bouwkundig. · Een stevige bouwkundige basis en ervaring met renovatie- of verduurzamingsprojecten. · Je werkt procesmatig, houdt overzicht en weet wanneer bijsturen nodig is. · Leiderschap met zelfstandig eigenaarschap: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft keuzes te maken. · Je brengt mentorschap en samenwerking in de praktijk: je betrekt mensen, ...
