Met de beschikbare middelen complexe renovaties organiseren om de huurders zoveel mogelijk woongenot en woonkwaliteit te bieden. Dat is jouw doel als projectleider bij Rijnhart Wonen in Leiderdorp. Je focust op projecten waarbij we bijvoorbeeld energieverbeteringen, gevel- en dakrenovatie en kwaliteitsverbetering van de binnenruimten combineren. Bij complexe renovatieprojecten werk jij de informatie uit de initiatieffase uit in haalbaarheids- en realisatiebesluiten. Wat ga je doen als Projectleider Renovaties bij Rijnhart Wonen? Met de renovatieprojecten waaraan je werkt, zijn miljoenen gemoeid. Vaak ook gaat het om trajecten waarbij bewoners tijdelijk hun woning moeten verlaten. Jij laat inspecties uitvoeren, werkt verschillende scenario's uit en brengt de risico's in kaart. Om vervolgens te zorgen dat onze plannen voldoen aan de criteria van de investeringsstatuten. De interne controller checkt jouw haalbaarheids- en realisatiebesluit. In de eindfase van de voorbereiding adviseer je welk scenario voor Rijnhart Wonen en alle stakeholders het beste is. Het bestuur beslist uiteindelijk. Daarna organiseer jij de uitvoering. Rijnhart Wonen doet overigens geen aanbestedingen, maar werken samen met vaste aannemers volgens modelovereenkomsten voor Resultaatgericht Samenwerken. Dat betekent dat zij op basis van een prijzenboek de kosten voor verschillende scenario's berekenen. En dat voor de kwaliteit van de uitvoering scherpe KPI's gelden. Je werkt niet alleen nauw samen met woonconsulenten in de projectteams. Maar ook met de afdelingen Wonen, Strategie, Financiën, en Communicatie.
